The keynote address at the event was given by Minister of Energy Csaba Lantos, who highlighted the successes of recent years in the field of green energy utilization. He said that Hungary is striving for energy sovereignty and has taken steps to reduce the country's energy dependence. Minister of National Economy Márton Nagy greeted the conference participants in a video message.

The conference covered a wide range of interesting topics, including green energy, the circular economy, sustainability, electromobility and waste management. We need to deal with these burning issues and Archenerg Cluster is convinced that events like this can help to promote cooperation between institutions, which is essential in the current situation when common thinking is needed - said Prof. Dr. István Bíró, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Szeged and President of the Archenerg Cluster, who also attended the conference in person.

The first day of the conference sought to answer the question of whether there is sustainable development and what the future holds for us. The continuation of the program included presentations on the production and storage of green energy. On the second day of the Green Energy and Sustainability Trade Fair, there was a truly inspiring presentation by Dr. Bernadett Petri, Ministerial Commissioner for the Coordination of the Use of Direct EU Funds at the Ministry of Public Administration and Territorial Development. This was followed by a discussion by experts on the impact of artificial intelligence on our lives, and then the topic of the circular economy, with a focus on secondary raw materials and waste management.

GreenTech visitors were awaited by representatives of universities, companies and institutions at their stands. Numerous electric cars were also on display, which could also be tested.
