We would like to present you with good practice examples for the successful financing and implementation of building renovations and district renovations. The good practice examples are intended to show which forms of financing have proven successful in practice. 

We will then discuss together what is already working in practice, where the obstacles lie, learn together from failures and what alternatives there are to traditional financing. Take the opportunity to exchange ideas with experts and other communities/cities and gain valuable insights.

      Failures, what didn’t work and why, learnings, what no longer exists but would be relevant again in the current situation, obstacles

Wrap-Up World Café and what 's next 

The target group are representatives of municipalities and cities as well as interested parties. 

The aim is to create an action plan with a time span of 3 years for implementation after an analysis of the framework conditions and financing instruments and a careful selection of pilot or best practice projects.
